This Privacy Policy covers all information collected through our website, APP, any other media forms, media channels, mobile websites, or mobile applications related to, linked to, or otherwise associated with them (collectively referred to as the "Sites").

I.How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information

(I)How We Collect and Obtain Your Information

1.Information you provide to us when registering a QUILLINK account or using QUILLINK services.

2.You can log in to and use QUILLINK with a third-party account, authorizing us to obtain the public information you registered on the third-party platform (nickname, avatar, and other information you authorize).

(II)Purposes and Scope of Collecting Personal Information

1.When you register or log in using a mobile phone number or email, we need to obtain your device's call permission and collect your mobile phone number, email address, login password, avatar, nickname, and other information to help you complete the registration. You can also choose to fill in your gender, date of birth, and personal profile to improve your information as needed.You can also log in and use QUILLINK with a third-party account, authorizing us to obtain the public information you registered on the third-party platform (nickname, avatar, and other information you authorize). This allows you to log in and use QUILLINK directly, and we will use your relevant information within the scope of your authorization and consent.You should understand that your mobile phone number, email address, login password, personal frequently used device information, etc., are your sensitive personal information. We collect such information based on product functions and relevant legal and regulatory requirements. You can refuse to provide it, but you may not be able to obtain relevant services, though this will not affect the normal use of other functions and services. If you only need to use basic services such as information browsing and searching, you do not need to register as our user or provide the above information.

2.When you use the smart pen, we will collect your location information. We only collect the country/region you use to connect to the service, mainly for internal smart pen search without the need to enable additional location permissions.

3.Obtaining software installation list: To use third-party (such as WeChat, FACEBOOK, GOOGLE) login and social sharing functions, we need to obtain the applications installed on your mobile phone.

4.When you use the search function, we will collect your search keywords, time, unique device identifier, and operation information to ensure the normal operation of our services and provide a better user experience.

5.When you use the follow function, we will collect your unique device identifier and operation information to ensure the normal operation of our services and provide a better user experience.

6.When you modify your user avatar, we will collect your user avatar photo information.

7.When you use the chat function, we will collect chat information, including but not limited to sent files, pictures, voices, and messages.

8.When you write with the smart pen, we will collect note data to facilitate your viewing on the APP or platform.

9.When you interact with the client, we may collect your usage during the operation process and save it as relevant network logs. The content of log collection includes but is not limited to your IP address, browser type, language used, access date and time, hardware and software feature information, and interface records of your requests.

10.When you use QUILLINK network services or visit ZhuNiYunJii platform webpages, we receive and record information from your browser and computer, including but not limited to your IP address, browser type, language used, access date and time, hardware and software feature information, and webpage records of your needs.

11.Our product is developed based on DCloud uni-(5+/Wap2). During the operation of the application, it is necessary to collect your unique device identifier (IMEI/android ID/DEVICE_ID/IDFA, SIM card IMSI information, GAID, OAID) to provide statistical analysis services. We also improve performance and user experience through application startup data and abnormal error log analysis to provide better services for users. 12.To improve the security of the services provided by us and our partners, protect your personal and property safety from infringement, better prevent security risks such as phishing websites, fraud, network vulnerabilities, computer viruses, network attacks, and network intrusions, and more accurately identify violations of laws and regulations or QUILLINK-related agreement rules, we may collect, use, or integrate your account information, device information, log information, as well as information obtained by our affiliated units and partners with your authorization or in accordance with law, to comprehensively judge your account risks, conduct identity verification, detect and prevent security incidents, and take necessary analysis and disposal measures in accordance with law.

13.You understand and agree that some individual services may require you to enable specific access permissions on your device to collect and use the information involved in these permissions, thereby providing you with services, optimizing our services, and ensuring the security of your account.
For example:

We may request notification permissions to push IM chat messages to you;

We may request recording and microphone permissions to implement IM voice and video calls;

We may request camera and photo album permissions to help you upload and modify your user avatar;

We may request call permissions to help you complete registration and login;

We may request location permissions to implement the "smart pen search" function of the client. If you refuse to provide location information, the normal implementation of the smart pen search function will be affected;

We may request Bluetooth permissions to implement the "connecting to the smart pen for writing via Bluetooth devices" function of the client. If you refuse to provide Bluetooth permissions, the normal implementation of the smart pen writing function will be affected;

We may request media library/external storage card read and write permissions to save writing data locally and then share it with friends (picture sharing, doc sharing, pdf sharing, etc.) or send local files, pictures, videos, etc., via IM.

14.Information We Collect During Your Use of Services
Device information

Content: Including hardware model, operating system version, unique device identifier (such as MAC address, IMEI, Android ID), network device address, and mobile network information. Purpose: Device identification, security risk control, data statistics, prevention of fraud and malicious programs.

Software installation list

Content: List of applications (Apps) installed on your device.

Purpose: Implement sharing, login, or jump functions with third-party applications (such as WeChat, Alipay).

Detect the existence of specific applications to provide associated services.

Conduct application compatibility analysis and security environment detection.

None of the above permissions are enabled by default or compulsorily. We will request them from you in relevant application scenarios. When you need to turn off these function permissions, most mobile devices support this. For specific methods, please refer to or contact your mobile device service provider or manufacturer. Please note that enabling any permission means you authorize us to collect and use relevant information to provide you with corresponding services. Once you turn off any permission, it means you revoke the authorization. We will no longer continue to collect and use relevant information based on that permission and will not be able to provide the service corresponding to that permission. However, your decision to turn off permissions will not affect the collection and use of information previously conducted based on your authorization.

(III)Exceptions to Obtaining Authorization and Consent

In accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and national standards, we may collect and use your personal information without your authorization and consent in the following circumstances:

1.Directly related to national security and national defense security;

2.Directly related to public security, public health, and major public interests;

3.Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments;

4.Necessary to protect your or other individuals' major legitimate rights and interests such as life and property but difficult to obtain the person's consent;

7.Necessary to sign and perform contracts at your request;

8.Necessary to maintain the safe and stable operation of the software and related services, such as detecting and handling software or service failures;

9.Necessary for conducting legitimate news reports;

10.Necessary for carrying out statistical or academic research for public interests, and de-identifying the information contained in the results when providing academic research or descriptive results to the public;

11.Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.

(IV)Reminder Regarding Sensitive Personal Information

In accordance with the Information Security Technology - Personal Information Security Specifications (GB/T 35273—2020), personal information refers to various information recorded electronically or in other forms that can identify a specific natural person individually or in combination with other information, or reflect the activities of a specific natural person. Among the information you provide or we collect, it may include your sensitive personal information such as: personal identification information (including ID card, relevant identity certificates, etc.); online identity identification information (including account name, account nickname, user avatar, and passwords related to the foregoing); other information (including application installation list, application list, personal phone number, browsing history, location information, etc.). Please be cautious and pay attention to your sensitive personal information. With your consent, we may process your sensitive personal information in accordance with the purposes and methods described in this Privacy Policy.

II.How We Use Cookies and Similar Technologies

To provide you with a convenient and smooth access experience, when you use QUILLINK and related services, we will place small data files called Cookies on your terminal device to identify your identity. This helps you avoid repeatedly entering login information and helps us confirm your account security status. We will not use Cookies for any purposes other than those described in this Policy. You can manage or delete Cookies according to your preferences through browser or user selection mechanisms. However, please note that if you disable Cookies, we may not be able to provide you with the best service experience.

III.How We Share, Transfer, and Publicly Disclose Personal Information

We strictly restrict the sharing of information in accordance with laws and regulations and will not share your personal information with any companies, organizations, or individuals other than us, except in the following cases:

In addition, to analyze the usage of our services and improve the user experience, we may share statistical data on product usage (crashes, freezes) with affiliated parties or third parties.

4.Within the scope permitted by laws and regulations, it is necessary to provide your personal information to third parties to comply with applicable laws and regulations, safeguard public interests, or protect the interests, property, or safety of QUILLINK, its users, or the public from damage.

5.Handling disputes or conflicts between you and others at your request.

6.Provision in accordance with the agreements signed with you (including electronically signed agreements and corresponding platform rules) or other legal document agreements.
